Alternatively, you can also throw in your method — using the Jet Clean solution which is detergent-based and should work really well. I’m not too crazy about getting the “Closest” one possible. I didn’t use the brush on the foil system blades. The soap drops got inside the blade mechanism. Then, I decided to let the shaver run for a few minutes. Braun 5190cc features a Li-On battery that boasts 50 minutes of cordless runtime.
These attachments are easily clipped on and off just like the blade head mentioned above. I only shave every 2 or 3 days (I’m retired and can get away with that). Unfortunately, if I do that this razor does not cut all the beard growth and leaves hairs. You have to go over repeatedly, Braun Series 5 or in my case, go over with my old Norelco I wanted to replace. If I shave again the next day, I am happy with this Braun, otherwise it is a disappointment.
