To keep your Mini in good shape, it’s recommended to clean the external parts or the brewer regularly and descaling it every three to six months. It will save you a ton of money (more than 50% savings per cup, compared to regular k-cups) and it will also help reduce waste. The brewer will turn off automatically 90 seconds after the last brew to help save energy. First, remove the water reservoir and fill it to the appropriate line. Put it back into place and select your favorite K-Cup 1.0.
Great little one cup coffee maker and a wonderful choice of colors. I took it to the beach for a “girl’s weekend getaway” and we enjoyed it so much more than brewing a full pot of coffee each morning. We were each able to choose our own brand of coffee and did not have to drink from a large pot that usually would run out before we all had our fill. It’s even small and light enough to be considered portable, at least in the context of road trips.
More and more coffee lovers like to prepare their daily coffee with a K-cup single-serve coffee maker for convenience. One feature I wish was included with this machine is a removable water reservoir for cleaning. Unfortunately, that’s not a thing, but at least it’s easy to reach.
