Spirit II E-210 2-Burner LP Gas Grill, 26,500-BTU, Black

Being able to generate up to 26,500 BTU, the unit’s two main burners are capable of maximizing the use of this space by heating it thoroughly and completely. Open the door to the world of grilling with crazy good food cooked on the Weber Spirit II E-210 grill as family and friends come together. Equipped with the powerful GS4 grilling system and convenient features, this two burner gas grill is perfect for everyday grilling.

At least in the case of the Spirit II, it’s for a good cause. Mount the propane tank to the scale and little indicators on the side tell you how full it is. It has excellent heat distribution on the cooking Blackstone Adventure surface and is a huge upgrade from our last grill. That being said, the feature that I am most fond of here is the propane scale. This gives you a reading of how much fuel is in propane tank.

Hands-on time, reviews, and availability concerns led us to dismiss grills from lesser-known brands like Huntington, along with well-known names like Cuisinart and KitchenAid. And the Cuisinart and KitchenAid grills appear to be afterthoughts next to their respective brands’ main areas of expertise, with materials and design to match. “I emailed the photos on Thursday, and on Saturday an incident rep called me. I got a gentle lecture on cleaning and safety, but then he said they’d be sending me a whole-new cookbox —no charge, no shipping fees.

Armed with the strong GS4 grilling system, this gas grill is sure to take you and your meals to the next level. While it is not the most powerful gas grilling unit in the world, the E-210 is certainly capable of cooking with efficiency. Surely, its compact size and limited heat output limit the grill’s capabilities in terms of cooking large amounts of food at the same time. Even worse, they make the preheating process painfully slow in comparison to that of other, larger grills on the market. Those problems aside, however, I can confidently say that the Spirit E-210 performs efficiently and reliably. Providing a wide range of temperature, the device is versatile enough to allow a variety of cooking styles.

The now-discontinued Char-Broil Advantage 3-Burner Gas Grill from Lowe’s met the low expectations we set upon seeing its sub-$200 price. It cooked burgers acceptably, but to get an even cook we had to shuffle the patties around from hot spots to cool spots. Unable to keep a steady low temperature, it burned the barbecue chicken. To this grill’s credit, it made a nice indirect-roasted chicken—but then again, every tested grill did. Assembly was a pain, with unclear instructions and multiple fasteners of different sizes and types. And this model’s bizarre design, with a fixed panel running across the front of the grill, means you have to sneak around the back of the thing to replace the tank.

I know this is something that newer users are going to like about this grill. Sure, the price tag is a bit on the higher side, but the good news is that with Weber grills, you are getting that stamp of credibility. This grill boasts char broil performance a high quality construction and ahs excellent build quality from top to bottom. I have to say that the open cart design is a plus in this case. I don’t enjoy opening and closing doors while trying to keep an eye on the grill.

This comes with a side-folding table that makes the grill easy to store. The smart grilling technology used in Weber’s Smart Grills keeps you connected with your food whether you’re at the store or busy in another part of your home. With your smartphone displaying the temperature and status of your food, grilling becomes a more relaxing experience. The new smart grills will also hold the exact temperature that you want to set your grill to. This is very similar to the PID controller systems found on Pellet Grills. The cooking space in both grill series measure up to be the same- what you notice, however, is that Spirit II comes in a bulkier design.
