I purchased this item to walk indoors over the winter. I’m not into all the bells and whistles and I didn’t want a big unit that I couldn’t move by myself, so this unit serves its purpose. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a smaller space saving treadmill. Gives the user a great cardio workout in a small area. This is a very good treadmill, but I have a few things to point out. First, I was walking at 5 km/h then every time I step, it goes backwards for a fraction of a second. Second, for every consumer, the E07 code is because you didn’t put in the red thingy in the yellow slot below the speed controls.

When handrail put up, I can running normally with 12 km/h. I read a lot of the reviews before purchasing. In response to some of the negative reviews, it was VERY easy to assemble. I got this as a stop gap until gyms start to be a bit more open- I am not looking for a long term use item. I love that it can be folded flat and moved out of the way of my kids. Not every treadmill is right for everyone, after reading and watching several reviews, this one seemed to suit me, and I was right. I live in a concrete apartment building and our gym has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic, I figured it’s time to have my own treadmill at home.
The belt seems a little choppy sometimes though and adjusting it hasn’t worked yet but I will keep trying. My biggest gripe is that the speed is not correct. So I have to have the top part up if I really want to get a brisk walk going. Still, for what it is, it is worth it.
