Assembly was awesome just took out of the box and the only thing to attach was the phone holder and arms. Like others I didn’t attach the arms because I wanted to be able to fold the treadmill down to store away. I don’t like the phone holder I wish the adjuster would go up farther so that I can read off my iPad. I had trouble with putting the oil in the belt since this is my first treadmill. I’m 5 foot 3 ins and I weight 199 as of this morning and I was able to jog at a pace of 6.7 with no issues. There is a little horn noise but I still think I need oil on the belt.
Sometimes I can put my computer next to me and work while walking. I work at home most the time so It ’s really convenient for me. I was hesitant at first do to the small compact nature of the product and weight limit. The treadmill works perfectly thus far, off course so far what I Use it for is fast pace walking.
This treadmill is super sleek, simple and gets the job done! It’s perfect for someone that doesn’t have too much space because it’s very compact and easy to store. Its very smooth and doesn’t make too much noise. Though it does support a high jogging speed, the Costway Goplus really shines when it comes to building a habit of regular, normal exercise. There are alternatives with different prices and features, but based on my experience with the Goplus, a treadmill desk is a stellar investment for your body and for your mind.
Once I lower my weight I will try jogging on it. Fits under my bed or behind my door. I would define it recommend for small indie spaces. We receive the machine yesterday and quickly put unpacked it and set it up to use!

The treadmill was packaged very well to prevent damage during transit. The box had some damage when I received but the treadmill was well protected. I am used to running while listening to songs, which can inspire me to continue.
Very easy to assemble which is not much too!!. I love the easy transition of lifting/using and folding down of the bar when switching from walking to running.
