Bissell CrossWave Cordless Max Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vacuum

It leaves the surface slightly damp but has no trouble clearing the water as a whole. While it has a less powerful motor than the corded BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro, that’s somewhat balanced out by its fluffier brushroll, which does a better job absorbing liquids. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max does an okay job of handling debris in cracks. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max performs superbly on bare floors.

Use with the Bissell connect app for helpful alerts, maintenance tracking and usage tips. Since the CrossWave Cordless Max is also a vacuum cleaner, it can happily suck up large bits of debris. As such, there’s no need to vacuum the floor first, as you’d have to when using a steam mop. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max does a great job of sucking up water.

The shark cordless Max isn’t designed for use on high-pile carpet. Its brushroll motor isn’t strong enough to keep the roller moving on thick carpeting, making it very hard to push around. The water tank has clearly legible fill lines for cleaning either large or small spaces. CrossWave® Cordless Max multi-surface cleaner comes with two Multi-Surface Trial Formulas, two Hard Floor Sanitize Trial Formulas, and two Multi-Surface Brush Rolls.

This way, I can alternate the two between cleaning my floors. You simple attach it to the 3-in-1 docking station, add clean water to the clean water tank, then hit the self-clean button. It’s perfect for bissell crosswave cordless large areas with many types of flooring, including tile floors, wooden floors, and can even clean area rugs and carpets. Next, I sprinkled a teaspoon of rice onto the floor, then ran the cleaner over it.

In my experience with this machine, the dirty water is sensed by the 2 metal tabs that sis just inside the dirty water tank. If any amount of liquid or debris gets trapped in between the plastic and the metal portion, the machine will assume the tank is full. Use a towel or just blow the water/debris out of each side and get it as dry as possible. Less rapid movement of the machine while cleaning may also prevent this from happening. Over 25 minutes of runtime to vacuum and wash your hard floors and freshen your area rugs. Smart-Touch Controls on the handle allow you to easily switch between cleaning hard floors and area rugs.

Crosswave Cordless Max Multi-Surface cleaner also features improved edge cleaning for cleaning debris like pet hair along baseboards and in corners. Two-tank technology keeps clean and dirty water separate, so unlike mopping, only clean water and formula touch your floors. The self-cleaning cycle cleans the brush roll and inside of the machine after you’re finished, so there’s less clean-up after cleaning. No matter what surface you need to clean, the BISSELL CrossWave floor and carpet cleaner is up to the task. It’s safe and effective for use on tile, sealed wood floors, laminate, linoleum, rubber floor mats, pressed wood floors, and more, giving you versatility all in one vacuum.

It’s listed as a high-performance vacuum with its fast cleaning ability. People love that it works as a carpet cleaner, a steam mop, a dry vacuum, and wet vacuum. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max’s real-world suction performance is poor. It uses a less powerful suction motor than the corded BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro and is likely to have more trouble drawing out debris wedged deep within cracks and crevices. Like the corded model, swapping between the ‘Hard Floor’ and ‘Area Rug’ modes doesn’t impact suction performance, as these settings don’t alter brushroll height or motor output.
