The bottom heating element worked sporadically for the first 2 months and then stopped working totally. I contacted customer service in August 2022 via email, they have no phone customer service. They tell me it’s not covered under the 1 year warranty because they have to go by the date in was produced as stated by the serial number. If you get no water thru the single serve and all water comes out the overflow then your single serve hot water pump is probably dead. My trio coffee maker is leaking water out the back of theunit from the reservists. If your single use brews are coming up “short” the missing brew water is overflowing to the carafe reservoir.
