Scanpan has a beautiful collection of stainless steel Cookware Sets starting with 3-piece commercial saucepans, as well as 5 and 6 piece sets in stock. Good-quality cookware can make all the difference when it comes to refining your technique and creating delicious food at home. This non-stick induction set includes two saucepans, one stockpot, frypan, casserole pot and a stir-fry pan, so you can cook any dish you please with ease. Additionally, the non-toxic, PFOA-free nonstick coating makes clean up a breeze. A cookware set is a fantastic investment that makes sense for any passionate home cook or professional chef. Cookware sets help you to save money by combining multiple pots and pans into one purchase.

Designed to last and for a range of different uses and cooking methods, these versatile pans are also suitable for induction cooktops and the oven. You’ll find sets with glass lids, easy grip handles and interiors that help you measure liquids right in the pot. All our pots and pans are made from quality materials, like stainless steel and aluminium, so they’ll last for years. When it comes to pots and pans, the choices can be overwhelming but, ultimately, you need to think about a typical routine in your food preparation and then tailor your kitchen equipment or kitchen accessories accordingly. However, if this all becomes a little too much, there are always cook sets that package the essentials together so you’ve got all your bases covered.

We’re also fans of sets like these that include small and medium sauté pans. The pots and pans are easy to handle and wash, though the outside of the pans got marred over higher temps as it commonly does with stainless steel. They also worked well on induction, a not-so-easy feat for many nonstick pans made of lighter materials. The pieces stand out for having the heft of stainless steel pans but the ease of nonstick pans.

Featuring reinforced three-layer, non-stick surface for superior durability, this cookware allows great food release – scrapping the need to use additional oils or fats. Keep in mind that some of the items are lids and sometimes the manufacturer throws in a few plastic utensils and adds them to the piece count. There’s no argument with the fact that nonstick coatings keep food from sticking and make cleanup easier. However, these finishes don’t last forever; eventually they will lose their stick resistant properties.

This easy-to-clean set from GreenPan is a personal favorite among our kitchen pros. It has a hard-anodized exterior and a ceramic nonstick interior, which the company claims is free of PFOA, PFAS, lead and cadmium. This Scandinavian style set received was awarded the Prestige International RedDot Design & IF Design Award in 2020, and not without reason.

A frying pan has a flat bottom base with sloped sides that make it easier to move and stir ingredients while cooking. A saute pan has a larger surface area with high sides that go straight up at a 90° angle. It’s excellent for searing meat or for when you need to cook sauces as the sides prevent liquids from spilling over the top and making a mess.

The Dutch oven is 5 quarts and the deep straight-sided sauté pan is only 2.5 quarts. However, when you cook directly in aluminum some of the metal leaches into your food, giving it a gray-ish cast. The vast majority of aluminum cookware has some kind of finish, either enamel or nonstick, to prevent this from happening and also make it easier to clean. Aluminum cookware can’t be used on an induction burner unless it has a layer of stainless steel in the base.
