After about 2 years of use, it developed a few holes. We did find a replacement liners, but the replacement liners cost as much as buying the entire pool kit again! I wish the liners would come down in price, as it is very wasteful to have the poles and hardware thrown away when an entirely new pool kit is purchased. I did the shock yesterday and the blue floor now is lost.
If they tell you to send the product back, it needs to be in the original packaging that is in a resalable condition, and it must reach the warehouse within 30 days from when you received it. It won’t do anything to keep the bottom and sides of the pool clean. The smaller pools don’t require much maintenance, but all sizes of pools will last longer if the sides and bottom are kept clean by scrubbing with a brush or vacuum. Once the ground was ready, assembly only took us an hour or two. It’s possible with two people, but it helps to have three or four. We found that the instructions are very detailed and easy to follow as long as you read them carefully. An automatic timer allowed us to turn on and off the pump each day. We were able to set the filter to run up to 12 hours. It also has a pressure gauge that we checked during filtration. If the pressure got too high, then we knew it is time to backwash the filter and clean out the sand.
