I had to go over an area multiple times and even then the hairs weren’t cut close enough to the skin. Where the hairs also grow in different directions, it did struggle Braun Series 5 and I had to work harder in order to get a clean shave. I had no real issues shaving a 3 days beard and the flat-lying hairs were captured quite easily.
Of course, worn blades are likely to damage your skin and get it dirty, so you need to replace the blades every one year so as to avoid this. You also need to clean the unit regularly if you want it to remain in tip-top condition for long. Cleaning these devices, however, requires a particular approach.
Ordering expensive products online is often a scary process. Delivery drivers are often known for their heavy hands and ability deliver packages squashed and misshapen. The Philips Series shavers are perhaps the best packaged out of all the major brands.

The demand for batteries is rising by more than 1000 fold in the next decades IF all the predictions about electric cars and grid batteries etc. come true. Just digging up new minerals to supply the industry quickly enough will be an incredible challenge. Would be funny if they used the packaging as the “torch” device that houses the battery and phone. You can ship a device with removable batteries, so long as they are IN it.
