I found a sweet spot after a few minutes with half power on the left burner and a trickle in the center, which seemed acceptable considering the wind. I nudged up the heat, trying to get up to a steady 325 degrees on the indirect side, but it needed constant adjustment portable bbq to get anywhere close to consistent temperature. With two of three burners going on a windy day, this is a big flop. Using only the left burner, I tried coaxing the unlit right two-thirds up to a consistent 225 degrees, after letting the grill preheat for 15 minutes.
It would be nice to have a larger warming rack, but the reduced size allows you to reach the middle and back rows of the grill more easily, so it’s an acceptable trade-off. Additionally, the warming rack sits 6 inches above the primary cooking grates, so you can flip food over with a spatula without hitting it against the warming rack. You can also fold the rack out of the way when you don’t need it. A few days later, when it was warmer and less breezy, I tried again.

The burner knobs, nice big handle on the lid, lid-mounted thermometer, side tables, all there and all very similar. The six tool hooks on the side tables are great for hanging all your accessories.
