I set the bike up in front of a window in my office and only needed 4 x 3 feet of space. I was able to carry the rest of the pieces up myself. From there, it was pretty easy to follow the assembly directions to put the rest of the bike together.
We have emailed the customer to verify if any further assistance is needed. Per our warranty, we have fulfilled the part replacement maxkare treadmill to help correct the issue. I won’t be recommending them nor ever purchasing from them again but appreciate the response from them.
