Is this because i am not using it right or is it a known issue or possibly a defective piece? Additionally, i see a lot of air escaping the sides of the door while air frying. Is that normal to lose that much air out of the sides of the door? While it’s not as quick as a microwave, it certainly does a better job at maintaining food texture and heating more evenly.
